About the hotel

For our feline guests, we have divided a part of the house into cabins. Those are separate guest rooms. Each cat has its own cabin-room equipped with a giant 2-metre scratching post, a litter box, cat toys, food and water bowls.

For single-household cats, we merge cabins into one room so they may stay together comfortably.
We have also prepared comfortable cabins in rooms outside the flat – a quiet and well-designed environment for shy or scared cats where they can feel at home.

We provide the cats with a daily dose of affection and playtime during their stay. They are allowed to walk outside their cabins. We release them in shifts, one at a time. Most often, they spend this time perched on the window (which is left open during the summer), secured with a metal cat netting.

Some of our visitors have shown an interest in touring our flat. If a cat “gets along” with our household cats, it can spend time with us outside of the hotel zone. Then it may go out onto a huge balcony with a cat netting to keep it safe.

Booking

1. If you have an emergency and need to leave your cat at the hotel, text us the time and date you wish to drop off and collect your cat at +48 663 733 733 in English or Polish. Providing the times and dates is very important.

2. To book your cat's first stay, please fill out the booking form on the hotel's website. The booking form is successfully submitted if the screen shows “wysłano poprawnie” (“Sent correctly”).

Within three days, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address provided with a possible deposit request. The deposit is around 30% of the price. Please text us at +48 663 733 733 in Polish or English if you have not received a booking confirmation within this time.

3. If you want to book another stay, just text us the time and date you wish to drop off and collect your cat in English or Polish at the number above. Providing the times and dates is very important.

Organizational matters

1. Please inform us of the booking cancellation if your plans change. This is very important.

2. We await you on the agreed time and day. Please give us a text message if your arrival time changes by more than 15 minutes.

3. The stay charge must be paid in cash on the day your cat is left in our care. If a cat becomes suddenly ill, the owner pays the treatment expenses at the time the cat is collected.

4. The cat should be dewormed and flea-free, as well as have up-to-date vaccines against infectious diseases. Kindly leave the cat's medical record at the hotel.
